Once purchased, we know you want your product in hand as quickly as possible. At Ukstovefans our dispatch team are experienced and dedicated to meeting that requirement.
We aim to dispatch same day for if the order is made before our mid-day cut off time. Even after this time we strive to complete as many orders as possible up until the point of collection. Our priority is customer service and getting you your delivery is our warehouse top priority.
Once you order is placed, it will either be dispatched by DPD Local or Royal Mail, depending on the delivery destination and timing of collections. Our main priority is to deliver the goods as fast as possible.
Deliveries are sent on a NEXT DAY Service unless the delivery address is outside the normal mainland next day delivery option. Postcodes which may suffer a slight delay are:
Scottish Islands – 2-5 day delivery

You will receive email updates of your order progress and will receive all tracking numbers so you can easily check where and when your delivery is and arriving.
Out for Delivery
Depending on your local courier or Royal Mail delivery person, if you are not available to accept delivery, they may leave a calling card and ask you to collect the item. Normally a second attempt is made before this occurs though if you are expecting a parcel from us, please look out for this slip 24 hours and 48 hours after order (Monday – Friday). You can contact us by email to check an order status or ask for our assistance should it be required.
Email is the best way to contact us as they are picked up by an admin team who can get straight on them. We aim to respond within a couple of hours though will always aim to respond quicker.
Damage Item on Delivery
Rarely, but occasionally a box can be damaged in transit. If you are handed an item which is visibly damaged, please sign for the item damaged as this can help us resolve the query quicker, though we will also act quickly to resolve any situation you encounter. You can contact us by telephone or email and we will raise a case for a resolution.
